Yes, I saw that, and I am trying to understand it. I feel a little like Alice through the looking glass. Could you explain this to me? If @Sighs had not appreciated the way you responded, would you have apologized to her, or still stuck with it being funny? Would you have responded any differently if not to a fellow aussie? I notice that @Santa_Laurie also saw it as funny at first and quickly backtracked. Just trying to figure out whether this is about personality or cultural differences. Either way, it puzzles me (which it why I want to understand it).

@FridayJones - He's actually told me that he takes MORE risks now because he knows he has someone who will come looking for him. Great. Just great. Sigh!

Ergo the spirit of human concern and compassion right there, those of us who suffered abuse were left alone for so many times. When I isolate now know that if I log on here that someone will be worried and come search for me. Someone wll be out there watching over me and come looking.
