Victim-mentality - what is it & should i be concerned about it?

Thanks for your response. I think it does require a bit of balance. I do not like the term it seems to me like it is used to silence people. I don't think I am going to be silenced any more. thanks

Thank you for your response. I am sorry for the the trauma caused to you by someone using that term to manipulate you. I am thinking it has no place in our healing process that is positive. Thank you for sharing your experience.
