I am looking forward to the recent spike in my dysregulation to calm down. Since my wife decided that we needed some time apart, maybe permanent, it has been really bad, the slightest thing causes a monstrous surge of emotions in my chest. I am not used to this constant intensity.

Getting down to my desired weight/size.

Just discovered the measurements for size 0 has dropped a size, it was XXS before and now there's a new size XXXS which equals 0 in certain stores (I'm actually losing my mind here) when did that happen ¿¿ but I measured my ribcage and apparently it's possible to fit into it but everything might be too short.
