What Are You Looking Forward To?

I am looking forward to deepening my mindfulness practices.
I am looking forward at getting better at disputing my distorted thoughts, feelings and perceptions (cognitions).
I am looking forward to bumping up my activities another notch!
I am looking forward to weaning off these last two tablets.
 
For me, it is usually the small things. I try not to focus too much on big events, so I don't become manic or set myself up for potential disappointment. I look forward to things like tinkering with my late father's classic car, eating some ice cream later in the day, spending some time with my cats, or maybe settling down to enjoy a favorite movie. Most things that I look forward to do not have much to do with people or events involving them.
