Been sipping on lemon water all day, with a some apple/ginger juice in between. Been too busy to stop and eat a meal, so I've been grabbing finger foods like bananas, brazil nuts, walnuts, and an orange.
Now I'm taste testing a gluten-free brown rice penne pasta dish I threw together with frozen green peas, finely chopped wild plantain and dandelion greens, red onion, toasted sesame oil, hemp hearts, garlic, white pepper, dulse flakes, sea salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and fresh ground black pepper. Kinda tastes like chinese take-out. Gonna have that and a big garden salad for dinner.
