I ate a bowl of granola, ginger root tea, a chocolate chip cookie and a buttered piece of bread. Food has not been a friend today, kinda a battle to eat anything.
chicken soup, 3 packs of cheese puffs, 2 segments of chocolate orange, big glass of ice cold milk

Lemon/ginger water...a warm ginger/lemon/pau d'arco infusion sweetened with a little maple syrup....apple/aloe juice....and soon to be diving into a tofu scramble made with homemade chickpea tofu, yellow bell peppers, red onion, garlic, baby spinach, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper, turmeric, and a pinch or two of cayenne.
I am about to make me a hot breakfast of toast with potato bread, two over easy eggs, and a glass of orange juice and some hot tea and maybe some chocolate too.
yeah man I need to eat, going to make egg and buttered toast. maybe some ginger tea to stay ahead of nausea should it happen. I can't seem to take really flavorful food, I need to lean more toward bland or less complex flavours.
