Leftover vegan "eat" loaf, the last of our homegrown potatoes, mashed, with vegan butter and almond milk, and a side salad made with purple cabbage, baby spinach, romaine, yellow bell pepper, red onion, celery, radish, cucumber, horseradish hummus, and a drizzle of papaya poppy seed dressing. Followed by about a cup's worth of distilled water and eventually a warm ginger root infusion.
