What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Last night, a salad with baby spinach, romaine, celery, red onion, radish, orange bell pepper, a little hummus, hulled hemp hearts, and papaya poppy seed dressing, served alongside a baked red potato topped with some vegan buttery spread, sea salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast, and some steamed green beans seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and thyme. Currently sipping on my second quart of lemon water and a warm turmeric root/ginger root/stinging nettle infusion with some celery/romaine/apple/ginger/turmeric juice coming up next.
 
Last night we had pinto beans that cooked in the crock pot all day, seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, thyme, a few drops of liquid amino and a few drops of liquid smoke, served with vegan cornbread with added corn, chopped greens, and chopped onion, and steamed green beans.

Have had a couple quarts of water, so far this morning, along with a warm cup of ginger root/lemon/burdock root infusion.

Looking forward to a hydrating and tasty fruit buffet, of sorts, after while that includes some cara cara oranges, a big pomelo, red grapes, and some apples.
