Last night, a salad with baby spinach, romaine, celery, red onion, radish, orange bell pepper, a little hummus, hulled hemp hearts, and papaya poppy seed dressing, served alongside a baked red potato topped with some vegan buttery spread, sea salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast, and some steamed green beans seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and thyme. Currently sipping on my second quart of lemon water and a warm turmeric root/ginger root/stinging nettle infusion with some celery/romaine/apple/ginger/turmeric juice coming up next.
