Makeshift fajitas with corn tortillas, quinoa, sauteed red bell peppers, red onion, wild garlic, swiss chard, mushrooms, black beans, guacamole, and salsa. Sipping on a warm cup of ginger root, burdock root, and sarsaparilla now.

Lots of H20, a cup of warm burdock root/stinging nettle/sarsaparilla herbal infusion, 3 navel oranges, more H20, and a small handful of fresh picked spruce tips and a few wild plantain leaves that I picked during my morning stroll.

Three cups of tea with no pause between. Tea sometimes satisfies in a way little else can.

Had leftover green split pea/sweet potato curry served over toasted quinoa with some fresh picked steamed asparagus on the side last night. Been chugging and sipping on H20 and apple juice so far this morning. Next up...juice made with a few cucumbers, almost half a head of celery, a few handfuls of spinach, and half of a pineapple. Cheers!
