What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Breakfast as yesterday
Lunch ikea meatballs :singing: and peas, no potatoes no jam no creamy gravy
Snack fat free cottage cheese and a conference pear
Dinner chicken and veg
Am losing weight again :)

A whole lot of water, juice, and fruit..then a pot of fresh green beans cooked with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper served with sauteed sugar snap peas/carrots/onion/garlic/yellow squash/kale/liquid amino....with some cherry/hibiscus kombucha for a nightcap.

H20 like a mofo, burdock root/stinging nettle/ginger root infusion, and I couldn't get enough fruit.....oranges, grapes, black raspberries, then more oranges....then leftovers with a tomato sandwich....and more herbal infusion for a nightcap.

Am experimenting with a jar of very nice tasting Chermoula paste. Used it and a little soya yogurt to marinade diced chcken breast and cooked it in the oven, was nice. Need to cook it differently though, it wants for a little charring or searing or something. Probably ideal to cook in the cast iron skillet but I'm still a bit afraid of it to be honest.

Only used it twice - and it was nowhere near preheated enough.

Anyway had it with pepper onions and tomato roasted in garlic oil and chipotle flakes yummo! And a pimped green salad. Potential to be a really good meal.

Breakfast was Rose Harissa Piperade which I had near everyday this week. Wanna find some more recipes for breakfasts - maybe with a bit less fat.

New tea to me - Turmeric Galangal and Ginger. Very nice

Dinner's gonna be roast chicken and veg

Roasted bbq portobella mushroom "ribs" with onion and bell pepper, steamed freshly picked broccoli, and a spoonful of leftover greens/carrot/squash/onion/garlic saute....with a small handful of dairy-free chocolate chunks for dessert.

Tried a new recipe today and holy f'n crap it's amazing! Chickpea Blondies....desserts aren't really my thing, but with this recipe, it easily could be. lol
Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies | Ambitious Kitchen

I had dessert first, then an eggless vegg salad sandwich/lettuce boat with sliced tomato, more lettuce, and red onion with a side of dehydrated chili-lime-garlic kale chips.....and then just one more blondie.....and now, some ginger kombucha.
