Lots of H20....then 9 carrots, 2 big navel oranges, a fat knob of ginger, and 5 handfuls of spinach, juiced...more H20...then treated myself to a big salad at my favorite cafe' since I had to be in town anyway...snack time will be some black raspberry/sunflower seed butter/chickpea blondies that I baked last night....and dinner is gonna likely be grab and growl leftover night, unless I get a better offer. lol
Been busy in the kitchen today so I can share the goodness come tomorrow. Whipped up some hummus and a new flat bread made with carrot and spinach pulp/green and sweet onion/fresh rosemary/cayenne/hemp hearts/flax meal/dulse flakes/chickpea flour/salt/pepper/tamari sauce.
Then made two varieties of cole slaw....both made with purple cabbage/carrots/kohlrabi/red onion...one with added raisins/vegan mayo/salt/pepper, and the other with added lime juice/white balsamic vinegar/a drizzle of honey.......and fixed tomato sandwiches with fresh lettuce/basil/red onion/veganaise. Those flavors rocked with the new flatbread and a little dab of hummus. Yummus!!! lol
Sipping on some cherry/hibiscus kombucha and more H20 for my nightcap. Cheers!
