Alfredo sauce made with a sunflower seed base added to sauteed onions/mushrooms/broccoli and served over rice noodles, along with a side salad. Prior to that, lots of water and a schisandra berry infusion.
Errrrr..... I cooked a lot yesterday??? Nah. I totally forgot. But I am THAT MUCH CLOSER to panty dropping tandoori chicken tikka & butter chicken :woot:
On the upside, teenage boys will snorffle through just about anything, even vaguely edible! :hilarious: Hollow legged motherf*ckers.

Snort. PTSD Brain. I did NOT cook a lot, yesterday. :bag: I cooked a lot the day before, and had a minor health crisis yesterday, and appear to have fused the two days together. Which I’ve just found out, looking for leftovers. Hey kiddo! Where are the... I ate them, yesterday... But I just MADE them, yester-oh. Oh that’s right. Yesterday was the thing. I made them the day before. :facepalm:
Thanks @LuckiLee and @berlinda , I had a nice birthday. Ate a medium rare 18oz ribeye a baked potato and green beans. Couldn't finish 8oz of the steak so tomorrow I'll have another good meal.
Pizza with no cheese, extra sauce, onion, mushrooms, garlic, red cabbage, black olives, green peppers, spinach, oregano, and basil with a side of fries and onion rings. Sipping on a warm infusion with ginger root/sarsaparilla/burdock root currently.
