Lots of H2O and celery juice for break-fast.

A smoothie made with the celery pulp leftover from juicing, two big handfuls of homegrown kale, a handful of cabbage microgreens, a dollop of sesame seed butter, frozen burro bananas, oat milk, water, and my favorite greens and mushroom powders for lunch.

Carrot sticks and mango sriracha hummus for a snack.

Supper is going to be baked lentil loaf, air-fried spud puppies, and steamed brussel sprouts.
