yesterday, for the first time in three months I was able to not only eat solid food but to have an entire meal from China Buffet. I had a full plate of crab, shrimp, mushrooms, etc., etc and for the first time in months also a carbonated beverage (Pepsi). The tumor in my esophagus has shrunk enough to allow me to eat, I am not only grateful but thrilled.

And some dilute Elderflower n lemon kumbucha with a splash of rose water.
I used to but Nexba rose lemonade kombucga and loved it but they stopped selling it here. So glad to be able to have something like it again.

Was lovely and sunny yesterday, so decided to bbq today.
Quite cold n windy today lol
On the barbie:
Chicken Wings with cajun spice dry rub
Prawns & Streaky bacon skewer (so good)
Bell pepper, mushrooms, halloumi, watermelon, strawberries and some small black grapes that taste like blueberries
Sparkling water
