I've been having trouble eating lately. I was not hungry for lunch. I had some crackers with hummus and some buttermilk with my meds. I don't feel like eating now either. I have anxiety. That kind of kills the appetite for me.
I've got three bean salad itis. I can't seem to get enough of it. With me though it's not three beans.
sliced pimentos
garbanzo beans
dark red kidney beans
cannelli beans
green beans
wax beans
All mixed together with apple cider vinegar, oil, and small amount of sugar.
And then I had a whole grain Ciabatta roll with Irish butter on it.
And of course... water.
Fixed a scrumptious curry concoction last night with green split peas, sweet potato, and butternut squash. Water and then some herbal infusion, currently.
Made "buddha bowls" last night filled with various combinations of toasted quinoa, Gardein brand chicken-less tender thingies, steamed broccoli, garden salad, hummus, and pickled jalepenos/carrots. Enjoying my usual hydration goodies this morning....lemon water, distilled water, herbal infusions, and some fruit juice.
