What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Lots of lemon H20 and soon to be a quart of juice made with a knob of ginger root, a head of celery, head of romaine, 5 granny smith apples, a cucumber, and a big handful of dandelion greens. Cheers!

Ventured out unprepared food-wise this afternoon and ended up at a drive-thru for fries. I remembered to order a small this time after my last french fries incident a while back. I ordered large last time (at a different place than today) and it ended up being what the super-sized size used to be a little over 3 years ago. Today's small size ended up being what the large size used to be. Funny how they never ask if you wish to super-size a salad or your apple wedges, ay?

My innards are still feeling heavy and pissed, and my taste buds are even disappointed. They don't even taste real after eating them made from scratch for over 3 years, much less "good", but I can't convince my brain of that in the heat of the moment. Treated myself to a giant radish micro-greens/baby spinach/every other veggie in the house salad for supper. With any luck that roughage will sweep that shit right on out. lol

It's almost time for my nightly herbal infusion toddy. Burdock root, ginger root, and stinging nettle are in the works. Hopefully playing a large part in making amends with my gut, with any luck. Food prep for the rest of the week just got moved to the top of tomorrow's to-do list.
 
Yesterday was full of garden salads and then dove into some leftover curry served on top of mung bean noodles.

This morning has been H20, lemon H20, herbal infusion with red clover, wild plantain, and ginger root and will soon be munching on a 99 cent fresh pineapple straight off the "ugly table" in the produce section.

Got celery, carrots, cucumber, and red bell peppers prepped and ready to munch on with regular hummus, spinach/artichoke hummus, and taco hummus for snacks.

Thinking it would be a good taco or fajita night. Must remember to soak walnuts for the "meat" part.
