Sauteed eggplant/sugar snap peas/celery/onion/garlic/sweet bell peppers/cayenne pepper/napa cabbage drizzled with toasted sesame oil served over brown rice thread noodles spritzed with liquid amino...and non-dairy chocolate salted caramel nice cream.
