Earlier on had a weak coffee with some vegan milk which is especially for having a a cuppa with. Normal vegan milks are useless in tea n coffee but this one is nice. Had some in ma earl grey tea yesterday, and in ma coffee this morning. ?

I woke today feeling like doing nothing but sleep. I wasn't hungry. I ate some breakfast, a small serving. Lunch was even skimpier. Anyway, it was cold cereal with milk for breakfast and one slice of turkey and some olives for lunch. After a while, I had some potato chips with spinich dip. Who knows if I had enough to eat or not?

We splurged tonight. I had crab claws with melted butter. J had a rib eye on the bone. Baked potato. Sauteed asparagus. Milk. Oh baby. Delicious!!
