Not sure if it’s okay for me to say this here, I’m not a very emotional person, the facade of „Im a hard/tough person“ meant I don’t have much people (Except husband and mother) around me. Today I had a trauma-sensitive yoga session and came back home crying.. I dislike that ofcourse, because a part says: Crying is for sissies. Bodytherapy really hits the core at times..

Thank you for sharing this. I hear (and even feel) sometimes that trauma lives in the body. I can relate to this. I understand about feeling like a sissy when you cry but it takes strength to do this type of yoga session and to share this. Sounds like strength and healing to me. Hope you feel better soon

I think mums coming round tommorow. Sunday she might bring a roast though, we'll see. It's the formula 1 racing this weekend so I'm looking forward to that.
Roast sounds good we had that last Sunday. I’m glad the race is on, I know you enjoy that. Time changes this weekend. So I will try to get outside as much as I can. Next week it will be dark when I get home from work

But, I have been walking in the woods a few times a week. Beautiful fall colors.
Thats indeed beautiful invisible Fire.. glad to read that you take that precious time to be in nature. Do you always walk alone? Not sure if I’ve asked you this before ?! Never really been in the woods, because of insects and thinking that weird people must be hiding behind trees..but I’m learning to understand this I’m also a part of nature thing.. Hope you find some cool shoes ?! :-)

Yeah I usually walk alone, I understand that fear of being alone but this is an area that I feel very safe. There are places I would not go alone. I find nature to be very grounding. I like to touch the trees and leaves. Especially this time of year
