Well Taco Bell is fast food for one thing and therefore the food isn't prepared the way other Authentic Mexican restaurants are, but if you are hungry and want something quick and easy it is okay. It is considered "stoner" food by some people so I like it every once in a while for that reason alone. LOL. :)

Speaking of Taco Hell - oops, I mean Bell - lol - we did the taco scene tonight, too. We had some homemade "stoner food". Veggie (sauteed zucchini, mushroom, carrot, onion, red bell pepper) tacos on soft corn tortillas topped with shredded vegan cheeze, some kick ass guacamole, and chopped kale/broccoli microgreens.

Piece of frozen haddock, pouch of frozen mixed veg microwaved. Easy eating for the half who just can't be bothered to cook lately.

Berries, thick natural yogurt, topped with a bit of granola

Masala curry with courgette, tofu and peppers, weird "wild" beer with the strangest tastes, coffee, biscuits. Sandwiches with bananas and peanut butter.
