I had a burger made from venison muscle, heart, and liver—it’s a common meat now for sale in the natural grocery store and I am grateful because my body can never get enough iron. Had it with grilled onions and slice of melted cheddar on a brioche bun with yellow mustard, ketchup, and sliced lacto-fermented pickle.
Also had blueberries and peanut butter m&m’s.

I also have questions/comments about y’all’s food!

What do you can it? Cream from a spray can I mean? I've heard of cheese from a can, never tried it though.

Yes we do can it but never heard it called squirtycream . I noticed the other day they are putting coffee creamer into n those cans too.

I might try that lamb burger. Was it like the Asian chili sauce or the British chili sauce (which I think is kind of like ketchup).
