What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Man, I ate twice in the middle of the night and then had a big breakfast too. This new medicine (Wellbutrin) is causing all kinds of changes, including loss of sleep. Anyway, I can recall breakfast, which was 2 fried eggs, coffee w milk, 2 whole grain crackers and some healthy green juice, buttermilk and my meds. I cut the Wellbutrin in half, which my Pdoc said I could do if it did this to me with lack of sleep, etc.

That is probably a better idea for me actually, as I just figured out that I have no room for a toaster oven in my very small Eat-in-Kitchen.

Tonight I did my more usual thing of eating out of packages of lunchmeat and drinking green goodness juice and also some coconut milk. I'm suffering from anxiety and this new med makes me hungry (when I should not be) sometimes and not hungry at other times (when I should be hungry). I think my body is trying to adjust to it and having a hard time doing so. Also, I am taking an anti-fungal medicine for 42 days and it is wreaking havoc with my system a lot too. I think it is probably more likely the culprit as to all these changes, now that I think on it, because I did not feel all these things last year when I took the Wellbutrin. I do not recall any side affects at all from then. So maybe the Wellbutrin and the anti-fungal together are doing something to me, because before I was on the WB I was taking the anti-fungal without any major side affects like this. However, I really need both these meds, so I am just going to have to "weather the storm."

I used to drink loads of squash then went off it at the same time I gave up caffeine and Diet Coke about three years ago. But I’ve noticed I’ve been drinking squash again the past few weeks and I see am liking it. Hmm...will have to watch that...
 
Lots of lemon water, an herbal infusion with sarsaparilla, red clover, and ginger root, sipped on some local apple cider, slowly savored every single bite of two super juicy red grapefruits, looking forward to a taco salad for lunch, topped with some tasty walnut "meat" and salsa, then some sauteed (in veggie broth rather than oil) kale, swiss chard, bok choy, portobella mushrooms, sweet onion, and orange bell peppers for dinner. That's the current plan, but I'm venturing out today, including a stop at my favorite cafe', so I may decide to substitute a few options depending on their vegan offerings.
