My sis and bil had a fish fry... Perch and walleye out of Lake Huron and the St. Clare river. Coleslaw, corn salad, fries and a bunch of beer. (good times) :D

Wild mushroom risotto with aged Parmesan and truffle oil. Sometimes insomnia has benefits, especially when you watch cooking shows. ?

The hubby's homemade salsa from the last big batch of tomatoes for the season (boo! Hiss!), leftover snap pea/clean out the fridge veggie and mushroom sautee with baked red potatoes....and a schisandra berry night cap.

Hummus, butter leaf lettuce, bacon and tomato sandwich on multi cracked grain bread, and cottage cheese with pesto and artichoke tampanade.

Pico de Gallo juice. ((How is this not sold like V8??? :inlove: Lemon, Lime, Tomato, Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Fresh Coriander, Salt & Pepper...drained off of the solids after they’ve marinated a few hours.))

I need to freeze this stuff in ice cube trays to melt & do shots of.
