Chat, check-in, and hang out

My housemate, who up until last week, vehemently stated he would never sell this place, has been talking all week about buying a new place and has scheduled a realtor in to assess the place. My ONE stability has destabilized and I haven't slept much since I realized he was serious. The tremors are back to 24/7 and I'm avoiding him now.

Someone tell me there's hope and I'm not gonna end up on the street 😓

Is there a timescale? How easy would it be to find somewhere else to live?

🙏🏼 thanks for playing.... nope and nope lol... and I applied for supported housing back in September, no word from any. If I felt like there were/are options, I'd be feeling less panicked for sure :(

Ugh that's tough. I'm sorry. Just have to see what your housemate says I guess. Hopefully they keep you informed and give you plenty of notice. I've personally had many housing nightmares in my life so I understand.
