Yep, I think roasted garlic would be great. If I make pumpkin soup, I oil, then roast the pumpkin, onions & capsicum (peppers). Put into chicken stock. Add a can of chick peas. Add coriander (cilantro), coconut cream, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Blend with a stick blender. Yummy!The basic houmous I made tastes too much of raw. Prolly I used too big of a clove. Thinking to roast some garlic for next batch.
