I've been steadily consuming since rising this morning...damn glad most had been prepped and made ahead of time:
Lots of lemon water and a tall glass of carrot/ginger/cayenne/wheat grass juice.
A bowl of sliced bananas and red grapes w/ some lime juice drizzled on it.
A few bites of some beet/carrot kraut a friend made and shared.
More lemon water.
A salad made with chopped romaine lettuce, purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, chick peas, papaya poppy seed dressing, oregano, turmeric, black pepper, hemp hearts, and nutritional yeast.
Eventually, some oven roasted red potatoes, sweet onions, and baby portobella mushrooms seasoned with fresh rosemary and chopped garlic, served with a side of sauteed mustard greens, kale, spinach, ginger, and garlic.
