What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Lots of lemon water, lemonade, plain water, and a giant salad made with arugula, spinach, kale, red onion, red pepper, celery, carrots, cucumber, tomato, artichoke hearts, hemp hearts, lime juice, white balsamic vinegar, and a couple dabs of sriracha hummus, and dinner's gonna be homegrown tomato sandwiches (yay for greenhouse gardeners!!!) on pumpernickel with veganaise, red onion, spinach, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper, and more salad.
 
I'm pretty sure that my vitamin levels are off, so I was very hungry. I had eggs scrambled in tomato sauce with a bit of leftover sun-dried tomato pesto. I also had a scoop of crunchy peanut butter, chunk of mozzarella cheese, and some grapes. For some reason, the same Italian bread loaf that I've been eating since I was a kid is suddenly tasting amazing, so I had some of that with butter to eat with the eggs.

I was getting oats soaking for breakfast tomorrow while the eggs were cooking, and I gotta taste the soaking liquid or it ends up too bland. I put in almond milk and a spoonful of blueberry preserves. It was the first time I've had the Silk kind, and I didn't care for it. It's thicker than I like. My plan for tomorrow is adding peanut butter and fresh blueberries.
 
Made beef tomato for dinner, read 3 or 4 recipes for it and conglomerated em. Saif yes to one recipe suggesting sesame oil and no to another suggesting ketchup and sugar
Was nice :)

For breakfast am having a go at making piperade with onion, red n yellow plum n cherry tomatoes, green pepper/capsicum, eggs, garlic & basil.

Got some sweet potatoes might use em for lunch or dinner.
 
An Angela Hartnett recipe for lunch.
Chunks of sweet potato roasted with cumin seeds, cumin, paprika & Cayenne.
Tossed in balsamic dressing with chorizo, sliced red peppers & coriander.

Gorgeous!
