4 whole chickens & a Coke. Some dry white bread toast.

Just kidding.

Fried chicken, garlic sautéed spinach, & a Coke.

Mixed olives and spaghetti bolangnaise. first thing I've eaton all day!

Pork steak, griddled asparagus topped with lemon zest, parmesan, mint n black pepper. Very nice.

Jacket potatoe with cheese, beans and coleslaw. And salad. Yum!

I had a slice of raisin bread withButter melted on top, almond milk and some pecans.

Sweet and spicy bbq chicken. Baked beans. Potato salad. Coleslaw. Chocolate milk.

Next up breakfast. Bacon. Eggs. Hash browns. Toast and sweet tea.

I know I’ve pushed things too far the last few days as I am desperately drinking coffee for enough energy to sit upright today

Currently drinking coffee with a drop of hazelnut flavouring ( not syrup) in it and hoping it gives me energy to get out to dead head roses
