What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Quite excited about food at the Mo. Been shopping and got plenty lovely fruit n Veg and various ingredients in that I didn't have like tahini

And have spent a bit of time reading up some new recipes to try. Nothing fancy, just healthy tasty things I'd like to try.

Today made a salad of jersey royals, Flakes of smoked Mackeral, spring onions, rocket, and a dressing made from dairy free horseradish sauce, lemon juice and zest.

Making more roasted pepper cherry tomato n lentil soup with chesp ripe veggies from the market.
Will make more tomorrow.

Taste testing wild plantain chips - massaged with a little walnut oil and seasoned with smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and onion powder, and baked at 250 for 10-20 minutes. Not too shabby. The only cost is the oil and seasonings - and some time and energy. The plantains are free in my yard. lol
