Quite excited about food at the Mo. Been shopping and got plenty lovely fruit n Veg and various ingredients in that I didn't have like tahini
And have spent a bit of time reading up some new recipes to try. Nothing fancy, just healthy tasty things I'd like to try.
Today made a salad of jersey royals, Flakes of smoked Mackeral, spring onions, rocket, and a dressing made from dairy free horseradish sauce, lemon juice and zest.

Making more roasted pepper cherry tomato n lentil soup with chesp ripe veggies from the market.
