Changed my dinner plan last night and instead had steamed fresh spinach seasoned with a bit of garlic, black pepper, and turmeric, topped with a spicy curried quinoa salad from my favorite cafe', rosemary/sage/thyme flatbread (that ended up being much more fluffy than flat...lol), topped with sriracha hummus, spicy brown mustard, red onion, spinach, and a home grown tomato slice.
Currently doing my usual hydration station morning scene, otherwise known as break-fast, with lemon water, a warm astragalus root, lemon, and ginger infusion, and some local apple cider, with a big salad awaiting me for lunch, to be topped with steamed broccoli and drizzled with fresh squeezed lemon juice as a dressing. No dinner ideas yet.
