Yes.. Im always grieving underneath, but not depressed today. Going to watch a movie..
Fish and chips is yummy.. I’ve eaton when I was in England..
always felt more at home over there, maybe because of Sri Lankan’s.. or maybe because I love english movies and music. @Survivor3 when is your next check up? Any plans this week?

@Rani G2 nurse is calling this week. Docters maybe next week dunno. Have cut all sugars in diet. The nurse said I'm allowed the occasional treat.

I'm doing good. Was able to go for a walk in the park today. weather is mild. how was the gym today?

Good to hear you are doing good IF..how much time do you usually spend in the park? No gym..unfortunately. Just on a park bench with resistance bands..
