I slept a lot yesterday so I have been awake since 3 a.m.. So, I am thinking about how I might be able to work with child abuse survivors and the chronically ill since I am both. Just pondering the possibility of making my life a bit more meaningful.

That's good to hear @Changing4Best! Not feeling so great today. Not sure if it's because of Friday's Covid shot or something else.

Trying to be the one who plays a different tune is awesomely overwhelming. It's not fun either.

a bit up and down. I've had some panic attacks recently and I get depressed but I'm getting through it. Just the usual! I was meant to go to a walking group today but the weather was bad. Watching tv and snoozing.
