Continuing to strictly follow my more body-friendly liquid and soft/steamed fruits/veggies only regimen and feeling so much better.
Took a walk to visit my favorite wild weeds and feathered friends.
Gently jumped on the mini-trampoline for a while.
Hula-hooped for a while.
Reached out to an acquaintance for some direct guidance in an area where I lack confidence.
Removed the shitty food-like substances/oils/pastas/soy/etc. from the kitchen so I'm not tempted, reminding myself that just because it's labeled as being vegan does not mean it's healthy....keeping it real as opposed to laboratory made, keeping it gluten-free, and plant-based remains the healthiest option for me, as evidenced by a couple years worth of direct research and hands on experimenting. That whole, "We are what we eat." line is much more factual than I'd like to believe, especially when my taste buds wish to argue.
Gave up the feeling of needing/wanting to make everything better for everyone else to focus on self again...always amazed at how off track I can become without even noticing.
