Oooh! I LOVE this thread! Just what I needed to keep me on track!

Hmm.
- I talked my slack ass out of bed after a 4 day hiatus from exercise, managed to dress myself, have a drink and then took the super chuffed dog for a longer walk on usual with off lead time at the end as a reward for him not taking me water skiing trying to eat the hapless flappy flap squarks (ducks).
- I tried a different perfume for work.
- I looked in the mirror and was pleasantly surprised that weight is coming off despite 3 weeks of considerable stressful hell.
- Then I was high fiving myself for looking at myself with the ability to see something positive.
- I had a MASSIVE breakthrough with my finances and figured out why I stress about them to the point of implosion when I over spend - so I dragged myself back from the brink and now the family snow trip is on track!
- I've said good morning to everyone instead of f*ck off! in a cheery voice! (Yes I'm in the kind of place where I can do that with a few colleagues and they'll laugh their ass off.) I wonder if that has anything to do with the coffee I had before I interacted with hoomans.....

From feeling hyper and angry I did the drop the story go to the body. So stopping my mind from escalating. I noticed the tension and uptightness in my body and gradually relaxed and let go of the tension. I slowed down the breathing and breathed deep down into my belly.
