I've just o'd on a home made cream cheese, chocolate & avocado mousse. Omg.. so delic., but I misread the portion sizes and ate a double... I did think I'd had enough about half way through but I was craving chocolate for some odd reason bc I cannot remember the last time I even ate chocolate..... No sugar & high fat but low carb...
for dinner proper I made spiced up chicken wings on eggplant and zucchini.
Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Calories 157 kcal – depending on whether you use coconut cream or cream cheese
2 large ripe avocados 350g avocado flesh
1/2 cup / 50g cocoa powder
1/2 cup / 120g coconut
1/2 cup / 60g powdered sweetener (
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (opt.)
pinch of nutmeg (opt.)
pinch of sea salt
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide evenly into bowls or glasses. Chill. Serve
Make sure you use really ripe avocados.

I took a friend out to eat. We had veggie burgers. We also ordered some fried okra and onion rings. The burgers were great, but the rings and okra were too greasy. Next time we go there, I plan to order sweet potato fries.
