What Exercise Did You Do Today

You are all putting me to shame. I had a Lucy date with an artist friend in Tucson, hubba hubba. She is gifted doing watercolor and I am very jealous of her talent. Anyway, I was late for yoga and my trainer went off doing other things. I called her and apologized profusely and promised I would be back on. My bicycle first thing in the morning for 1 1/2 hours. I feel like I jinxed myself starting this discussion because my exercise routine has kind of fallen apart the last 2 weeks. But that is how it goes. An injury or life get in the way and then you have to start all over. Fortunately, I have a fitness base so getting back in gear only takes a few days. Sometime if I stop riding for a couple weeks my speed is actually higher when I restart.
 
Did 10k and tried out my new weighted vest.

I tore my calf muscle a few weeks ago so I have been really nervous about going out and put it off longer than I should. Picked up a blister but otherwise feel good.
