What Exercise Did You Do Today

I don't exercise. When I feel ok (which hasn't been for a good long while), I usually walk. But, I did buy a walking pad which should be arriving any day, and I'm going to try twice a day to start for 15-20 mins. I think if I use my headphones and the music I put together for the gym, I can do it.
 
I walked but I’m pushing myself. The doctor said walking doesn’t count 👎 because heart rate not high enough but I’m trying a thing where I walk and push myself and when I’m getting tired that’s when I push myself more. I warmed up and legs get tired. Gotta start somewhere. Walk lasts 45-60 minutes. Feels like exercise so I’m counting it!
