What Exercise Did You Do Today

~3.5 mile walk, with a break in the middle. I just want to walk, and walk. I'm not in pain, so I feel like I can go forever, so hot, though.

So far walked up and down my outside stairs in my apartment with food for the week from the store. Then I kept going for 5 mins much as I can handle with out food bags in my hand. There steep steps and I would take a walk but it's in the high mid 90°Fs with heat index over 100°F
