What Exercise Did You Do Today

One of the best things I have ever done for myself is to exercise almost daily. I haven’t been able to do much this past week due to pain from a neck injury but this morning, after much procrastination, I got out on my road bike for a short ride. I only rode 20 miles but it really set the tone of the day in a positive direction. What exercise did you do today?
 
aw man I need to exercise more. I know how much good even a little would do for me, but emotional hang ups and well, lack of trying coupled with busy-ness. But I did roll the trash to the road today (-:
 
I haven’t been practicing what I preach this week. My trainer had something happen to her earlier this week. At 3:15 she texted me about a bicycle I am giving to one of her other yoga students. Then at 4:00 she does not show up for our zoom yoga session. I texted her and got no response. The following morning I texted her again and this time she responded with a texted photo of her face saying it hurts worse than it looks. It looked like chemical burns all over her face. I asked her what happened and she did not answer. She has gone radio silent after that. She is in the habit of hiring homeless people to do work around her place, I hope she wasn’t assaulted. I am worried about her as what ever it was, it was traumatic, her whole face is burned. So she has not been around cracking the whip this week and I have been lax. Today and tomorrow I have a PTSD retreat so I do have an excuse.
