pulled 2 motors, loaded hauled and delivered 2 tons of metal scrap and installed a crisis buffer fuel tank because all i can do about the high price of gas is stay 50 gallons ahead of the spikes we will see soon. Took the boys on a long walk in my extra hour of daylight last night.

I did an hour bicycle ride this morning, yoga later. Yesterday I did a 2hr 40min hike and an hour of yoga afterwards.
